Do you guys think that the Marshall mode 4 is a legitimate industrial innovation, or is it a modern trend. With the hype of nu-metal, tone is being drained down the tube, and more amp companies are doing what they can to sell as many solid-state waste forms (i.e. Crate) as possible. My question is, are the new Marshall amps just another form of this hype, or are they actually changing rock and roll the way they always have?
