That's such a bummer. :( I was just listening to their cd this afternoon and wondering if they were coming around here any time soon. Oh well.

Hm well. Why? They were just a new band. Did they not have enough cds sold or something? Or was it just a mutual thing that all the band members wanted to quit?

I mean, I personally didn't like their music, but atleast it was Christian.

Could be the fact that they saw the whole pop boy band thing goin south so they jumped band wagons and tried to make us actually believe they were rockers, people didnt buy it for the most part. I know for sure I didnt.

yeah, they did put on a good rock show.

i'm not sure why thet disbanded. seems the word is the just "disappeared" from the music scene. *shrugs* i know they were in a pretty bad accident a few months back [no one was killed]...but i dunno if that had anything to do with it.

maybe they felt it was time to stop?

your guess is as good as mine.

They were rockers.

Not to argue with you, but it seems that they was basically just copying The Rock N Roll Worship Circus in the music trend they was doing. They went from a boy group to a rock band? Uh huh, right. They were just doing what was trendy at the time and continued to do so up until their break-up. I want a band that is true to what they do, not a market set-up group of guys who just stand there and look pretty.

Well, alls I have to say is I think they were rockers to begin with, but they were younger, and everyone just was having fun and not being hard rockers.

We shouldn't be the ones to judge them by what we think happened, God is the only one who can do that.

I'm contradicting myself here, but I KNOW that Plus One changed their style of music to keep up with the times and to sell more records!
Evil, evil, boy band.

ok, so i was talking to Clint (road manager/sound guy for rrwc) and he said they split up because they all wanted to do their own thing.

Brenton - producer/mixer (Clint said he's pretty good)

Dallas - attending film school in L.A.

Brian - back in college. but Clint said he'll probably be back in a band soon because he is "to much of a rocker not to be."

justin (i think that's the bass player's name) - working with a merchandise company that does all the merch for bands. right now he is traveling/doing the merch for plus one.

yeah, so that's that. :)
