it is the correct answer. in English, we don't take on our mother's last name. when a couple gets married, the wife takes the last name of the husband & her's essentially goes away. the kids just have the dad's last name. i know, we so odd up north. ;)

the mother is essentially non-existant as far as names go. For very formal names, the wife uses Mrs. in front of the husband's full name. Por ejemplo: Bob White and Sally Forth marry. She becomes Mrs. Bob White. Kinda dorky in my opinion.

She is cute. Personally, I think she is the cutest kid there ever was, is, or will be. John and Korey look so happy with her and proud. It makes me happy for them.
