Which of these games are the best and easiest to play, maintain (i.e. internet service or whatnot and extra accessories needed to play the game the best), and buy? What is your opinion? Keep in mind it's for the PS2.

1. SOCOM II

2. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II

3. Madden 2004

4. Drakengard

5. NFL Street

6. Final Fantasy XI

7. NHL Hockey 2004

8. Jak and Daxter II

9. Ratchet Clank II

DUDE! What about Dance Dance Revolution (max) 2 and Final Fantasy 10?!? Two of the best games for that system.. in my opinion at least.

I despise both, man... in NO way will I become part of a revolution of dancing. And FFX was BORING.

Man, a revolution of dancing is much better than a revolution of mop-haired bands named after insects with catchy three minute love songs. Final Fantasy 10 did get a little repetitive after a while, but I still liked it.

I played it for hours and I got tired of such boring.... nvm.

I don't like ANY music games other than Amplitude.

Some other GREAT PS2 games ya need up there:

Final Fantasy X-2
The Suffering
Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy

And there would be no point in gettin Madden 2004 or NHL 2004 when each Madden and NHL 2005 come out within the next 1-2 months

I was thinking about the suffering but I definitely don't like FFX-2. Psi-Ops looks like major fun.

I voted for Ratchet & Clank II. Though I haven't played it in a while, I still remember enjoying it. I bought the first one just recently after renting it and almost finishing it about a year or two ago...unless it came out after that...but, anyways, I haven't played Jak & Daxter II. I have played a demo of the first one and I'm planning on buying it as soon as possible. And the 3rd R&C comes out this November, with Multi-player (up to 4 Players) and Online (up to 8P) features, with Capture the Flag, Deathmatch, and Siege modes. I've learned that siege mode is just a nickname for what is really kind of a "capture the base" mode. All I know is that R&C III is going to ROCK! BTW, the funny thing about the title is it's called "Up Your Arsenal". LOL. Just like "Going Commando"...ahh...I love the sound of video games in the morning...

kewlio. As far as R&C Online multiplayer, count me out. I really am not counting on shooting games, but I am trying to open up to SOCOM. Maybe I'll end up having to give up video games for a while. I have a financially tight situation goin' on.

I don't like ANY music games other than Amplitude.

I wanna buy that so bad!!! I bought the newest P.O.D. CD which came with a demo disc of amplitude. It was awesome! Amplitude probably won't be the next game I buy, though. And Amplitude is actually a sequel to a game that has the same type of style called "Frequency", so I might get that since it's cheaper for right now. Although I might not because Amplitude is better, so I might just save up my money for that. Even though it's a sequel, it's not really like a continuation to a story from Frequency or anything...

Ya know, I thought this poll died... cool...

Well, R&C II is leading. But, SOCOM II is the cheapest on that list. Why, you ask? Because it was added to Sony's "Greatest Hits," pinning its price at $20. I hope I get to play all of these games someday. Well, Drakengard and Madden I don't really care about...

No, I never heard of 'em. I might have a loooong while ago, but I just recently started being ABLE to enter the gaming world. When I was freed from the cave, I was surprised at the light, one might say! But now SOCOM II is a $20 treasure! ;)
