I have an old Polytone Mini Brute II amp made in the '70s. It has a low serial number (2275). Someone told me that these amps are considered "vintage" and that they can go for a lot of money. Is this true, or was he mistaken?

i am sure on ebay that since it is a 70's somebody would pay big bucks.

in all honesty i am not familiar with those amps enough to tell ya. but if you look around on the web maybe you can find some info. about it. or if you have a local music store nearby you could ask them.

i do know that amps from the 60's and 70's tend to have a nice sound to them. i believe they tend to sell for more $$.

but i know there are better guitar techs that can help you out. :)
