LP just dropped a notch or two in my book. Why? I found out that they did a collaborative project with Jay-Z!! ::] I thought they had better taste than that.
This bother anyone else? Comments? Thoughts?

LP has finally lost it. Maybe it was all that whining about how they were wrong about everything and apologising to themselves and such. Then again, this isn't the first time they've made a dumb album. :\

In my opinion, Linkin Park can rot. They've sold out big time. They need to just go away.

Linkin Park is a rock band (secular, so you wouldn't know them) and Jay-Z is a hip-hop artist.

yeah. a lethal combination...
Linkin Park has gone down in my opinion, Chester has a good voice and all but Meteora wasnt as explosive as Hybrid Theory and Jay-Z gets on my nerves so....

i kinda liked meteora. i wonder what it was that possessed them to do an album with jay-z.

Simple. Linkin Park isn't about their fans anymore, it's about making money and doing anything possible to get more famous than they already are; they just see dollar signs. SELL-OUTS!
yeah...i used to have respect for LP, but to drop down to Jay-Z's level??? thats a no no!!!! lol. so.......im ticked

That, and they swear at their shows, so that kicks their ratings down for me.
Some of their songs I still like, but I really try to ignore them personally.

The thing that angered me most about LP is I bought Meteora for 24$ when it came out and it was only 30 minutes of music. Talk about feeling ripped off...

I have to disagree. One of the things that jumpstarted Aerosmith's second life was when they did Walk This Way with Run DMC (with that and thier cleaning up from drugs). And if I did listen to secular music still I would have every album done by Aerosmith because musicaly they are one of the best bands ever. I would say in the top 10 of all-time.

yeah, that's true, i cant' disagree with you on that one. lp and jay-z being a lethal combination is just my opinion, and it was kinda meant to be a joke. lol

that song is kinda dumb, but that's my opinion... i think it's kinda stupid to just remix two completely different songs and have ppl pay money to get it...

i agree. but it seems that with the popularity of Nelly and Tim McGraw's song, people like the mixing of genres.
i think this is a bit too far (both Nellly and Tim McG and LP & Jay-Z).
