I would have say it’s more of a raw rock sound. Heheh the even have a keytar player. I like “Dead By Dawn”, “Mouth Like a Magazine”, “If You Like Me Check Yes, if You Don't I'll Die”.

I'm with VGV Owner on this one...I first heard them on the Solid State sampler, and I just loved the song "A Llama Eats a Giraffe and Vice-Versa", mainly for the title though. I didn't really listen to much of it.

hey i was wondering, has anyone has heard of showbread? one of their songs, "Mouth like a Magazine" is really weird. the music video for it is really freaky. all the guys in the band are wearing black suits, & most of them are wearing black & red nail polish (which is really sick). but anyhow, they are a pretty good band

One of my favorites. Definately not cut from the same cloth as tons and tons of other bands are. At first, I didn't like them too much because of the screaming, but that changed pretty quickly. Now, they are one of my favorites.

my friend loves them, and when i heard them i thought they were okay, but a little hard to understand. then i saw there outfits.......a little bazaar, but unique. they are part of a 'emo' group i hear, so thats why they dress so weird.....

Showbread rocks my face off! The black and red suits the screaming and of course the keytar all rock. They are my favorite band ever along with Underoath.

And as I listened to that disc more and more, I found myself listening to Showbread more and more... And now, they rank in my all-time favorite bands. Right up there with Skillet.

No kidding. "Mouth Like a Magazine" is one of their less-screamy songs (excluding "Matthias Replaces Judas" and "The Missing Wife")

They ARE my favorite band. I was killed by their raw rock on Thursday. In other words, I saw them live. The show was spicy!

I met them, too (except Marvin). They're all really nice and truly appreciative of their fans.

YES!!! There are other ppl in this world who like Showbread other than me and the guy who introduced me to them!!!! I only discovered them four days ago but the awesome raw rock is totally killing me!!! Seriously, I go to a school that fears rock in any shape or form!!! They all say I'm crazy, but I don't care!!!
