This thread definitely was put on the map because of its picture of a llama. :D

In the original Dr. Doolittle the Pushmepullyou was a llama that instead of having a hind end it had two front ends. Kinda like cat/dog (the cartoon) but a conected double llama without a rear.

Yeah, cause when I was in seventh grade I quoted movie lines from memory. I've got weird memory skills. The best movie to quote is definitely Edward Scissorhands. Sometimes I'll just say them walking around the house. It reminds me of the 'original moments' in Garden State.

Yes, if there was a thread about stupid (and probably colorful) ferrets, everyone from here to Nantucket would freaking post in it because it seems all everyone cares about here is post counts and spamming and trying to reply to every single entry in every single thread and it's becoming rather bothersome trying to wade through nonsensical dribble that's wasting my time as well as other people's time.

So... even though I believe that 430737 people will definitely post in a ferret (or a hamster, or an iguana, or a sloth, or a potato) thread, that doesn't mean there should be one. If you want to frolic with dromedaries, do it somewhere else, perhaps in a chat room or through a private e-mail service.

they really are quite affectionate.....my frodo would spend hours laying on my lap sleeping. he never bit anyone, but he did lick anything near him.

ferrets are so awesome, I used to have three. the cutest is when they yawn when you pull the skin above the neck. awwwwwww. and they pounce around, its awesome. of course if you have a dog they can play with, im talkin like my giant german sheperd that pins them to the ground, its awesome. but who knows maybe llamas pounce too, ive never interacted with one. what can i say, i live a deprived life...

Back when i still lived at home my cousin called me and said he had found a den of baby skunks and wanted to know if i wanted to help him catch one for a pet....i promply told him he was nuts ....he thought a baby skunk couldnt spray....well he was wrong :o ...despite getting sprayed he caught one and had it de-scented....crazy thing would chew everything in sight including ppl....finally his mother made him put outside in a cage....and it chewed its way out of it and he never saw it again.

Yeah it is now but that was about 28 years ago.....plus we lived out in the sticks.

As to how the llama thread became the animal thread....I have no idea ???
