well, we've only had a few weeks of winter so far, so another 6 weeks wouldn't hurt here. tho today it was at least 60 degrees, and sunny. we played football outside for PE. ::]

hehe. my parent's think it's kinda cold here but I think that weather is perfect. I actually want it to get colder. i love the cold and storms. (Thunderstorms)

My reaction was mainly to Phil seeing his shadow. But... I don't mind moving the brigade to the animal thread. Hahahahahahahah.

... I am never phased much by the change in seasons, other than by temperature. Thus, it doesn't matter to me. I was quite appalled to see and & hear on TV how people were jeering because of his response.

Also, I'll add that the less famous Groundhog, I don't remember where or what, said that it'll be an early Spring.

weird, ever since he saw his shadow on Tuesday, we've been having rather spring-like weather, good enough for shorts and t-shirt. ;)

LOL, anytime we have spring like weather this time of year usually means in a few wks we get pounded hard with snow though. :/

I don't even care about Groundhog's Day. It's always wrong where I live; Spring has been here in Iowa for weeks.

Well, after a April-like January and after Mr. Phil decided there would be six more weeks of winter, we've been smacked with a ton of snow. White-out conditions today as I went outdoors to do some errands. It was the real cool fluffy 'Christmassy snowglobe' type snow, but it was a pain to drive through. Five straight days of snow gets a bit old after a while.

I think that if I were a groundhog, and 17,000 people were looking me in the face and possibly cheering, then I would go back in my hole too.....Just a thought ;D
