Her name is Lexi. She's 22 years old, and we just found out this week that she has cancer.
She just had a growth removed from her leg. They had tested it, and it didn't look like it was cancer. But, they tested it again, and it is....
I don't know what kind it is, but my mom has researched it. It's aggressive, and chemo doesn't do anything. So... pretty much fatal.
The "bright side" of it all, is that she's young, and otherwise healthy. And that the cancer's down near her ankle.
So, it's her leg or her life.
And, she's not a Christian. I don't think anyone on my dad's side of the family is. So, of course, they're asking questions. We all are.
So please, please pray. Hard. She needs it badly.
Thank you so much.
