Hey guys this is mk kid wondering how you kids in college are doing gong through and trying to juggle a home life. Are you going nuts yet? ??? me i am halfway there, next year my girl gets to join the ranks of half nuts, also what are you guys taking, believe me any subject posted is welcome. ;D

well..I'm not in college but these last 26 days until graduation are going to murder me..NOT nicely.

It is finals week for me also. This semester hasn't been to horrendous. I had an evening exam yesterday; the only thing we had to do was hand in our journals and then write an essay for the actual exam period.

I have four more finals. One of the four is merely a meeting (which is today's) and for another class I have a presentation that should take all of three minutes. Definitely a less hectic end of semester than past ones.

I am a sophomore, so i am half nuts, but I am almost half done with being half nuts! haha....ahem. Anyway, Most of my classes are english and writing courses, so I don't have a final exam, only a project or paper.

My Speech final was yesterday. I did oral interpretation, where I presented the Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe, and some other things. I have to write a feature magazine article for mass communications, I just finished my technical report on the Artificial Heart for Tech. Writing, and so I only have actual tests in Ecology and Psychology. Whew, that is all. :)

*points and laughs at all the college and school kiddies*

i dread monday. i have two finals then.

I have this HUGE report on genocide in Sudan and the appropriate US/UN response due next Friday...it has to be at least 8 pages. Then we have to present it to the world..Hopefully, mine will be published. I have contacted successfully three newspapers, who said that they would be interested in publishing it as a guest commentery, one for sure

i absolutely hate writing.

Well..I LOVE to write..but this project is rather deep and intensive and FRUSTRATING..plus..I am suffering from an acute case of senioritis.

the way i see it, why waste time on writing 5-10 pages when it could all be summed up in one or two paragraphs.

Spoken like a true non-writer..and most guys that I know :)

Another thing that complicates it is the fact that I feel so passionately about this topic..I want people to read this paper..and think WOW, I am not doing enough.

I'm done! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ha. Time now to bask in summer jobs and late nights. Hehahah, woo, yeah.

I'm glad i still have 3 years until i have to write 10 page essays!!

10 page essays aren't as bad as you think they are, once you get into them. it's really the research for the essay that is the killer. if you don't have the research, you struggle to get 6 pages.

having said that, i still don't like doing 15 page essays.

but back on topic, finals wise, i have two legit finals (four total, but one is bowling with the class and another is turning in a portfolio of some stories, so i don't count them). one won't be that hard; i'll find out tonight if the other one is going to kill me or not.

augh, writing! we computer people don't like to write.

I just finished a nine page paper with two and a half pages of works cited.

I HATE Making citations. They irritate me to no end.

And if your responsible enough and study hard/work hard you'll be fine.

Finals....sheesh...when I get into high school if I keep my straight A's up (yea, since i started school...not B's on a report card...pushes up classes...i guess it comes natural, my brother and sister were about the same way) i wont hafta take them...

but for now, i have one math final next friday

I don't get out of school until June 16th, so my finals are a bit away from now... :(
