well, going off Wellington time (i don't know exactly where you or your friend fall time-zone-wise), it looks as if you guys are 17 hours ahead of eastern time. & since the chat starts at 7 eastern, i'd say it would start at noon on the 16th. if i'm wrong, i'm sure someone else will correct me on it. ;)
