Hey guys. Hope you're all having a blast.
Anywho, here's my little story of the past year.
The past year has been quite a struggle for me, but through it all God has been with me, and He has shown me His power and grace day after day.
It all started with a bit of depression. It just got worse and worse, and it eventually took over my life. I started cutting almost every day, and I desperately wanted to kill myself. But with some prayer and support from my friends, along with the constant presence of Jesus, my battle was won, and only now can I say that I truly know what it means to be refined in the fire. I went in the fire, and it hurt and I screamed and I wanted to quit...but when I came out, I was stronger than ever before.
I now want to get into street ministry, to try and help all those who were like me. Cutters, druggies, the homeless, the suicidal, anyone who needs the love of Jesus in their lives.
I hope this little paragraph of my life is somehow encouraging to you. And if you feel like I did, don't give in. Turn to God. He's always there.
Feel free to send me a PM.
Your brother in Christ,
~Anthony
