This could get ugly, so what is everyone's take on this? I don't think a person's relgion should not be a determining factor in an appointment . . . but this could definantly get ugly . . .

He's the new nominee for Supreme Court. I dunno what to make of him yet. He has quite an impressive record of working in politics and is highly reguarded. I think he might do some good on the supreme court, but he might also turn into the black sheep because of his age. :\

well, i don't think that a person should be appointed because of their religion. saying a person is a better canidate for the job because they're a Christian is shaky in my mind.
I think that sometimes people use their faith as a front to recieve more votes or make people believe they are someone they are not.
