have any of yall heard of this? If you havent, then this isnt the place to explain it, but what do you yall think about it? I mean, not the scene itself, but the fact that it was hidden in the code to deceive people. I think it was a dirty scheme, but thats just me.

I played the game, and beat it four times, I hadn't discovered that yet. Hmm. However, I gave this game up when I came to Christ. I'm glad I did.

This 'scandal' is about a GTA mod (hot coffee) that allows the viewing of porn scenes.
Rockstar's official claim - Hacker's did it.
Since learning of this I have investigated it a bit.
Yes there are pornographic mini-games in all versions of GTA3: San Andreas.
Rockstar claim it was Hackers making mods and changing code. Which is plausible for the PC version. However this got blown out of the water when the same mini-games where found in the PS2 version, which uses un-Alterable discs. Cheat carts can only unlock what is there, not as new stuff. So these games must have been in the original code for GTA3.
An investigation is ensuing into this and Rockstar are in deeeeep doo-doo.
Parents, Children and Mature Computer Games (http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog&pop=1)
This is a blog I've put on this, mainly inspired by the amount of parents whinging about this discovery and their underage children being adversely affected.
<edit> fixed a typo. i assume you meant "not as new"...you had an extra 's' there. :) </edit>

Even without that, the game contains very mature sexual themes that are just short of pornography, as well as extreme levels of realistic violence against innocent people, and swearing. It's not a good thing.

Yes, the new game has way to much swearing than the other games. I don't know why they did that, its just teaching kids that its ok to cuzz like that.
