Hey guys, I'd just like to ask for prayer for this studio I may own. My friend's band recorded with this guy and he told them that he's selling his studio. I'm really anxious to buy it. Well since I can't come up with all of it upfront right now, he's going to allow me to pay for the utilities a month ($1,500)!

Basically he's gonna let me lease it out for a year and at the end of the year I have the choice to buy out the studio if I want or if I don't, I can walk away from it. But I'm really wanting to do it.

The one thing that stands in my way is the security deposit. I have to put down 2,500 by this Friday and I have only 500. My aunt might loan me the cash and then I'd pay her back thru recording bands. So I'm hoping she really does. We (me and a few friends are running this) had one guy who was gonna help us, but he bailed out. So now we're running down to the wire trying to get this before the owner gives up and gives this to someone else.

So if you can just please pray for me for all this. If it's God's will, and I feel it is, (I just recently got out of recording school and this was brought to my attention by a friend) that all this will get done.
