well, now the supreme court has lost even more favorability in my eyes . . . now the hearings for Roberts is going to be harsh.

Man that is sad, William was an awesome man and justice. The next cheif justice will be a lot like him I think, but younger obviously. Let's hope and pray Roberts gets in easily and the next cheif justice is as good as Rhenquist and gets in easily.

I hope the next Chief Justice is a conservative . . . :)

NEWS! Bush has chosen Roberts as his pick for taking over Rhenquist... I guess that's good...

yeah, at least he's conservative, let's hope that the senate will confirm him though . . .

so, who do you think the other justice Bush is going to nominate? I think he's going to select a conservative so they can swing the supreme court in their favor for the next 30 years or so . . .
