Base jumping is awesome. I want to go HALO jumping one day, now that would be awesome. HALO jumping is basically skydiving, but jumping out a plane at 30,0000 ft and free falling for 3-4 minutes before deploying your chute. Which is what Navy seals do . . . :)

That WOULD be awesome. Have you ever seen Teers Of The Sun? well they do HALO in that movie its really cool. And doesnt normal planes you skydive out of only about 3,000 feet?

yeah, a normal skydive is anywhere from 3000-1500ft . . . HALO jumping is just crazy. I found a place in NC that will let you do it for $3,000. But I have to be over 18.

Wow I didnt know HALO could be done by civillians, thats pretty sweet. I would understand why it costs so much though. For all the gear you have to carry with you.

gotcha. makes sense since it was below the picture of the hole. ;) but it logically went with the statue. i mean, what kind of hole is as big as the Empire State Building?

this is known as uhh baleriana jumping. It is a very dangerous and extream sport and is used to distract enimies away from the border. And when needed they use the Tutus as bombs...
