This thread is half game/half serious recommendations. For the person above you, you must post a band you think they would like and why. No repeating yourself in this thread. Why did I make this thread? I am always worried that I have left bands undiscovered. So here we go!

oh dang. you know far too many bands, morgan. the last band i recommended was cursive, and i think you thought they were ok. let's see. if you haven't heard of them, i think you'd actually be pretty down with scarling.

I think you should try listening to Kidz Bop volume 8. The kids singing in that album are far better than any musician in history. Buy it now.

YOU, Mister Greg, need to expand your horizons BAD. BADBAD. It's so hard to know where to start. But just since they are one of the most important bands ever in my life, I say AFI. You need to give AFI a chance.

I have diverse taste in music. I like...

Led Zeppelin
Pink Floyd
The Beatles
Deftones
Iron Maiden
Muse
The Clash
CCR
Warren Zevon
Frank Zappa

That's diversity.

I've heard AFI. They aren't bad, but I'd need to hear more to have a definite opinion

For Rachel, I recommend Saosin. They are a great band, sorta reminds me of Underoath clashed with a touch of MCR, AFI and .. strangley .. sometimes he has a dashboard tone of voice

Bands you may not like.. but they have good stuff.

I actually just heard them for the first time the other night. Totally freaking loved it. So good.

For you, let's say 30 Seconds to Mars. Because that's what I'm listening to and Jared Leto has a cool voice. It's a very good cd.
