Has anyone else got this one yet?
These guys have let me down somewhat for the past few years. Touch wasn't very good, and World Service was decent but not very exciting.
But The Mission Bell is totally exciting. I think it's their best record in years and years. Anyone else like it? Or not like it?

I liked it a lot. It was really well done, and had a lot of thought put into it.

They're still around? Lol, no offense but, seriously? I haven't heard from them in years, heh.

They are alright. I wouldn't buy any of their new stuff and I only liked a few songs of theirs to begin with.

I love their honesty, simple as that.
But it's more than that. Their love for God is really transparent.

I don't own it, but it does sound good. i loved Touch, I don't get why you didn't like it.

Wow, really? I didn't even know that they came out with a new one because they have dissapointed me the last few years. I didn't like anything after glo. That's exiting to hear that they've come out with a good new one. I think I'll have to get it now.

That's pretty much how I felt. Glo was good, then the band kinda dropped the ball with Touch.

Touch I disliked for a couple reasons. It's a lesser, butchered version of the band's European release Audiolessonover, and besides that the batch of songs just weren't as satisfying to me as their other work.

The Mission Bell isn't perfect but I think it recaptures a lot of the excitement of their Glo and earlier releases. The song "Solid Rock" is just awesome, and most other songs are really good too.

i need to pick up a copy then. i, too, just kinda dropped the band after Glo, but kept up with them through friends who stayed with them.

due to different releases in the USA and UK i get confused and disinterested. King of Fools, Live in a Can and Mezzamophis are my favorite CDs. i haven't really gotten into their other stuff...

i'll have to look into this new cd, give it a listen and see what happens from there.

Tracy, you should check out Glo. :) i love every song on there, tho some less than others. it's less experimental than Mezzamorphis, but it's still very good.

i think my sister has the CD... i just haven't listened to it personally..
