I keep getting a e-mail from panheads .org whenever someone replys to a thread I posted in.. and I get anew e-mail like every minute.. can someone please STOP these e-mails PLEASE?

There's an option on the control panel to shut them off. Click "User CP" in the upper-left corner of the boards and click "Edit Options"
