I can't get any avatars to work every time I try one a message says error avatar not found at url. Can someone help me?

that means where ever you are hosting that picture, is either taken it down, or the site is not up due to whatever issue..

like for me.. if i got that.. it would mean that photobucket has gone down for whatever reason, or the picture in my photobucket isnt there anymore...

So i reckon.. check where you are hosting that picture, and thats the first step to working out whatever the problem is..

are you using a picture or something that does stuff? either way try saving it on your computer first in a document of some sort. Then try uploading it..

what do you use to host the pictures? some sites don't like you to use their website to simply store pictures and link away.

Is the picture smaller than 75 x 75 pixels?

It's 25x25 pixles it's one of the smilies on the dirtriders.net fourms. The site is still up.

did you get the properites of it off the site or did you save it onto your computer? because then you'll need to re-upload it onto the web.

how to "get the properties": go to the smiley you like, right click, select properites, and copy the url given. then post that url in the space provided for your avatar.
