It depends on what you're trying to do.
If it's reporting a bad post, the [!] button on the bottom left of each post, if clicked, will report that post as a bad one to all Mods simultaneously.

Well, when you compose a PM, this is at the top:
Recipient Username(s):
________________________
|______________________|
You may send up to 5 messages at a time.
Separate multiple user names with ';'
So, I'm assuming you just type or paste the mods' usernames into the box and send it.

yep, that's how you send a PM to multiple users.

Also, I'm sure you know, Spiffles, but I thought I'd post the link (http://www.panheads.org/boards/showgroups.php?) anyway.

You're really going all out to win aren't you?

Win what?
He sounded unsure about the number of mods, so why not post it?

I see, nevermind then.
Now I have a question about PMs. It says they're private, and the admins can't read them, but if they're stored on the Panheads server what's to stop them from accessing them?

Heh, okay. ::]
Yeah, I've wondered the same thing myself.

admins can view the number of messages but cannot read them. that's how it's set up.

Yeah, but techinically they could in fact access them if they had the right software, nothing is out of reach if you do...

You don't even need software to do it. Unless they're encrypted.
The owner of the server that Panheads is on, if they wanted, could probably access everything.

true. if they had to, they could.

one very good reason why we don't. :)
we're not that good at hacking. ;) well, i'm not and i know John's not. Tracy i don't think is, but she might have something up that sleeve of hers (yes, just one). Laura, there's a chance, but i think Scott would have to show her how. Will could, i'm pretty sure, but all four of us had dirt on him that keeps him from acting up.
actually, it's 'cause we don't care. honestly. we don't care. why would we want to read your PMs? besides, that's rude. Ann Landers taught us better.
(and we have no dirt on Will. what dirt is there to be had?)

lol. oh do i mike...?? :azn:
nah, will is still the best of the bunch when it comes to computers... by far.
and mike's 100% right. we don't care to go into your personal lives and read your messages (is there a reason you ask that we should know about? j/k.)

That's what all the pro hackers say. It makes them seem less suspicious.

Yes, messages are stored unencrypted in a database, so I or the server admin, Chris (http://panheads.org/boards/member.php?u=175), technically could read them. But as the other mods have said, we certainly have better things to do. Now if you go out and kill someone and I get subpoenaed for your stuff, I guess I've got to turn it over :). If you're really concerned about it, then just use another form of communication -- instant messengers, encrypted email, whatever.
