I wrote this song based on my faith in Christ. Right now I am having troubling deciding if I really believe, ya'know? I just need help...

Save Me

-V1-

It’s time to redefine
No secrets on the inside
I crawl down from my perch up high
I remove the mask covering my face
[Feel the blistered skin]
Calices cover my hands
I can not feel what I did before
Can’t breath
Can’t see
I’m going to crash and break
Everything…
Everything…

-Chorus-

Shatter me
Just leave me broken
Expect me to put myself back together again
I’ve surrendered my will
I can’t
I will not
It’s time I realized my defotic mind
Save me

-V2-

[Falling deeper now]
There are these eyes inside of me
They have faces
[Hearing them laughing]
Going crazy
I’m going out of my mind

-Chorus-

Shatter me
Just leave me broken
Expect me to put myself back together again
I’ve surrendered my will
I can’t
I will not
It’s time I realized my defotic mind
Save me

-Bridge-

Savior save me
Catch me when I am free falling in my faith
[So far away now from you]
Don’t want to falter
Don’t want to become fainter

-Chorus-

Shatter me
Just leave me broken
Expect me to put myself back together again
I’ve surrendered my will
I can’t
I will not
It’s time I realized my defotic mind
Save me

These feelings on the inside
Catch me
Save me
I want to give in
Save me

Seems a whole lot like Skillets Savior. Alot of the same lines and words. But other than that...

taking another look, here are the lines that are heard, or similar to, the ones in Savior. "Its time to redifine" " (Everything) " I'm gonna crash and break" "realized my defotic ( Deophobic) mind." "There are these eyes inside of me" compared to " I am the eyes in side, staring back at you" . Other than all that, It seems pretty cool, but I'd have to hear the melody and music of it.

Yeah, the song Savior inspired this song. I tried not to use any of the line's from Savior, but it seemd to be the only thing that would fit with the song to describe what I was feeling.
