Who's going?

School's out on the 19th, so we'll leave after school heading for Valdosta. I live on the East side of the state, Valdosta is exactly the central/Southernmost tip. Then, Saturday we'll be on the West side of the state for my neice's birthday party, which I will be disowned if I miss, since I missed the first and second bdays due to one of my children being sick. I just can't seem to get my sis to reschedule the bday for a Skillet concert. Bummer.

Ken said a Panhead is a fan who drives hours several times a year for concerts. This will be my second 10 hour trip this year. I think I'm on the verge of moving up on the Panhead scale. Whoo Hoo!!

Now, time to start doing some neck stretches.

My necks still sore from saturdays show haha.

If I could drive well enough/old enough/afford it, Id drive 10 hours for any skillet show.

I'm with you. When I saw them in Atlanta, I was wishing I had driven to Jacksonville, FL the night before to see them there, too!

When my husband found out I want to go see Skillet again next month, he said once a year is enough. I reminded him that he's already played golf this year, too.

i've never been a fan of that stipulation, since i somehow managed to get from Sacramento to LA in 5.5 hours (it's usually about 7-8), so a "10 hour drive" would have to be across three states for me. ;) (or maybe just across downtown LA.)

But either way, WOOHOO! :D Make sure to do some calf stretches too. Those are little thought of muscles very useful for headbanging. :D
