I used to check everything by User CP in the list of new posts in theads etc, but I think all of my subscriptions were wiped, maybe. I'm not sure, any help?

First, go to User CP and click on "List Subscription" under the Subscribed Threads heading on the left. It should show you the threads you are subscribed to. If there are none there, then resubscribe. If that doesn't work, come back here and complain some more. ;)

I've not heard of subscriptions getting wiped, but if it continues to happen, let me know... maybe it's a bug of some kind.
