This is a thread to discuss any ways in which an artist's music (or album art or w/e) has touched you or made you think in any way. Or, just to discuss what you think stuff means and the intent of the artist.

I really love the lastest blindside album, "The Great Depression." Christian (the vocalist/song writer) described how he's seen the richest in America and then the poorest in Africa and this album was about the stunning similarities. It painted a clear picture about reaching the whole world, not just one part of it. It was also artistic, lyrically, without being blatent in his lyrics by saying "we need to save the world, now" but rather he said in different ways in every song without saying the actual words. I thought that was cool.
