I'm trying to figure out how many different incarnations of Skillet there have been (I may get to write my first newspaper review).

Was Korey actually part of the band for "Hey You I Love Your Soul?"

Correct me if I'm wrong here--

Skillet #1
John Cooper
Trey McClurkin
Ken Steorts

Skillet #2 HYILYS
John
Trey
Ken
Korey Cooper?

Skillet #2/3 Invincible
John
Trey
Korey
Kevin Haaland

Skillet #3/4 Recording Alien Youth (-Earth Invasion for Ben)
John
Korey
Kevin
Lori Peters

Skillet #4/5 (Post AY-present)
John
Korey
Lori
Ben

Not including the Korey substites.

Also--does anyone know how many weeks it took for Rebirthing to arrive at #1 on radioandrecords.com?

Korey toured w/ Hey You, but I think she only did some backing vox on "More Faithful" on the album.

Trey played on the Invincible album, but Lori toured for it.

From what I was told, she also did all the programming for the album as well (all the synths and such) though I can't remember if she was credited on the cd.

I just looked and Korey's not credited on the album for the programming. I wonder why she wasn't listed? But she is credited as co-writer for the songs "Hey You..." and "Whirlwind", and as mentioned before, backing vocals on "More Faithful".

i think it's funny to read john cooper's special thanks section in the booklet of their self titled cd...it says something like, "...and thanks to my fiancee Korey (whatever her maiden last name was)"
