haha, im probably the only one weird enough to notice this, but i just noticedon the inside of my booklet the way it has the tracks numbered using those lines down the middle of the page, it actually has the second half of the album backwards, with looking for angels as number 8, and those nights as number 11.

is it like this is everyone elses? did everyone else notice and just not care at all?

This was mentioned in one of those "I hate Comatose" threads. It's not a mistake. It's simply the way the graphic designers decided to put it in. They wanted three things:
1) The numbers to go in order from 1 to 11.
2) The songs to go in order typical to columns (top to bottom, left to right)
3) The lines to not touch, cross, or do wierd things.

There was no other way to achieve all three, so they decided it wasn't a big deal. Which it isn't.

oop, sorry for posting an old topic :-[ i gues im just slower than everyone else.

yeah, to make the numbers work they would have to go ...4, 5, 6, 11, 10, 9... and thad be kinda weird.

it still looks preaty sweet how it is anyway! thats all tha matters, i opened it for the first time and it was just a matter of "oooh! shiny! orange! i like it!" ;D

haha. I didn't notice the number thing. It kinda gave me a headache to try and trace the lines to the songs.

But, yea, the orange was the first thing to register in my mind. Then, it was: "This set up is a little familiar", then i realized, it's sort of like the booklet for "Hey You", but cooler.

At least they didn't screw up and put the lyrics for tracks 1 and 2 for the last 2 songs, like with collide. That was funny.

I was answering his question... if you read his question. It was merely a confirmation that his wasn't unique.

Yeah, that was how I felt looking at those things. I started following them, but it was so sickeningly confusing that I just gave up and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was all right.

I don't know why the layout really threw me off, even though it really was layed out similar to the Hey You lyrics. I think the bright orange color had something do with it. I didn't even see the their little 'thank you' blurb until I really set out to hunt for it. But I always overlook obvious stuff, so it might have just been me.

I think I'll live, I like like listening to the music, it's easy enough to hear what John is saying. Who needs the booklet?

I LOVE the booklets in CDs actually. I love looking at the pictures and reading the thank you's and reading the lyrics and the credits and the whole shebang.

Same here! Or like in the Falling Up booklets, they put in Bible Verses that each song was inspired from.
