Hey, all. Ethan here. I was wandering what all of you would want for the next Skillet MV, if it were my choice I'd say for Skillet to have a MV done for either Forsaken, or Fingernails and even for A Little More. But I’d really, out of all of them, want one for Forsaken.

What do you think?

skillet doesnt have a history of doing 2 videos for one album But if they did I think fingernails would be cool.It's like an angry song and a cry out song..I think it would be cool to potray a depressed person reaching out to God to help them become somthing better than the depression inside them..

Yeah, I like that about Skillet. They don't overdue it when it comes to making MV's.

like skillet keeps things fresh..but somebands just wear it out...Like staind...So if there are any staind fans in here I'm sorry for saying this and please dont let it offend you, But the last album they had a video for like most of the songs...it just got ridiculous after a while

yeah for the first cd skillet had 3 videos I can, Gasoline, And Saturn I say Gasoline is preety cool video i could remmeber if the had fire in that video

John said that although they try and or tend or something, lol, to keep it at one vid per album, that he'd really like to do a MV for "Fingernails." So its a possibility.

Another song that I think would make a great MV, is Imperfection. I love what it's all about.

I really like the idea of them making an 'Imperfection' video. They could do some really cool stuff with that song, I think. They could go in the whole 'Savior' direction a/b social issues, but instead of child abuse, it could be about self-esteem issues and teen depression and all. Maybe a little dark, but I don't know, that's just what I was thinking of.

Actually, Imperfection would not make a good music video. It does not have the compatibility to circulate. I was told this by someone who is good friends with John Cooper that talks to him a lot.

Nope, Forsaken fell a little short. John is still going with Fingernails right now, and himself and the band are not sure if there will be a second MV for the album.

I hope they make a vid for it...

I am waiting for the news on them making one for Fingernails to be confirmed.

Yeah, well. I don't think A Little More would have the compatibility to circulate, and Collide wouldn't either. If John is thinking of doing one for Fingernails, then that will more than likely be the song getting a MV. So be patient.

actually, I wouldn't call it a rumor, because John said it :P In an interview to Jesus Freak Hideout last year:

John: I think "Locked In A Cage" is my favorite of all time of ours. But my favorite to play live... The newer ones are so much more fun to play live because they're heavier, y'know? I really love playing "Savior." Yeah, for right now I'm gonna go with "Savior" because I'm out and I can't think. I used to really like playing "Stronger," which is not a popular song, but it's really fast. That used to be my favorite probably... That was really fun to play. *smiles* Kevin: "Locked In A Cage" was the first song I heard from you guys. Cool. We're gonna maybe redo that song on our next record.

Wow, I definitely missed that. Thanks. It'd be a good song to redo considering the live version of it is ten times harder than the album version. I still love it though. :)

I know this is an old song, but an Earth Invasion video would be awesome. I would also enjoy seeing Forsaken only because my youth group uses it for the intro video. It's cool because the use that song with a video clip of one of the main battles in LOTR: 2 Towers.
