I have an email that i want to display, but it has pictures and all i could get to come over using copy and paste was the text. can anyone help me?

I know how to insert pictures if they're on the web...

the image has to be hosted. try www.photobucket.com

You can either host the image online (using photobucket or one of the other numerous hosts on the web) and then add the text, or take a screen snapshot (screenshot) of your email, and then put it online. All in all, you need it on the web.
