Wow so I guess I have to make my very own thread now to post my drawings. Scary. I guess that's what I get for disappearing for so long. ::]

Anyway, these are the drawings I've done since I left:

These are of the chick who randomly jumps into my brain wearing various outfits, I call her "goth girl" ::]
Jammy time (
Beware the lead book bag. (

This one spawned from being bored at my youth group's fish fry:
Leaping fishy. (

I gave this one to my mommy for mother's day:
Pink rose (

This one I liked when I first finished it, but it hadn't been done for more than a minute when I accidentally dribbled some water on it, so it wrinkled and smudged. *sigh* I still like it, but it makes me sad that I messed it up:

that last one was still really good, even after the water...My favorite from the others was the leaping fishy.

Thanks guys, glad you liked 'em. ^^
And weebird, I'm definitely a big fan of pencil and paper. Mostly because pencils have erasers. ;)

your welcome :)

oooo yes...being able to fix those wee mistakes is guuuud :P

have you ever tried the putty-erasers? no yucky eraser bits all over the place...if you tend to erase a lot in drawings like me (stupid perfectionism).

Oh yeah, I have tried the putty erasers, and I really liked them. The only thing I could complain about was that whenever I used one I'd start playing with it and forget about whatever I was drawing. They were just too much fun to squish and mold... :D

oh yeah i know what you mean i used to make little hats and cloaks for my wee models awesome fun!

keep sharing your work...i'd love to see more :)

Forgot one! I drew this one on a particularly windy day, on which I also happened to read Katherine Mansfield's short story "The Wind Blows". In keeping with that theme:

Thanks everybody. I sketched one or two new ones this week, so I'll get around to tracing and coloring them eventually. ::] I'm a procrastinator so it might be a bit, though.
