Some of yall know me from over at AY MB, but for yall that dont I got married may 3rd this year and now im having a baby. i just found out the other day at the doctors that my baby may have birth defects. i have put my baby fully in Gods hands, but i still cant help but worry, i geuss its just natural for me to worry. i have to go to a specialist in Syracuse,NY to see if they can see anything wrong with the baby, but they said they might not be able to seeing that im only 4 1/2 months along. so if yall could keep me, my husband and our lil baby growing inside of me in your prayers that would be great.

hey there yall. i got some more news, the doctors think that the baby may have a spine disease or something along those lines. i go to the doctors tomorrow to learn more on that topic, and i go to syracuse on thursday to see the specialist and on wednesday i go to the hospital to have my heart and kidneys checked out and all that good stuff. so please keep us in your prayers.

hey there yall. just wanted to give yall an update. the baby is doing great and is very healthy, my husband and I are doing great as well. i go to liverpool on the 30th to find out weather i will have my baby natural or have to have a C-section done instead. todays wheather up here is horrid today got winds up to 60 mph and rain coming down so hard i could barely see driving home, so keep all the little outside animals in yours prayers and all the people traveling. thanks!

just wanted to give yall an update. the baby is doing great, she is full of life and energy, she is always kicking and moving around, she especially loves to sit on my bladder and poke my ribs and scratch my tummy which feels really weird and when she kicks it looks like i have kittens in my tummy because of how my whole stomach moves. i have gained almost 30 pounds now and the doctors say that is great seeing that i was severly under weight when i first got pregnant. im just now getting into the weight that im supposed to be regurally when not pregnant. oh yeah can yall pray that i will keep the will power up to eat right and keep gaining weight so that the baby will be healthy and everything. its just hard sometimes to make myself eat when i am so used to not eating and stuff. well i gotta run. God bless yall. ill give you an update after i go to the doctors on the 3rd of this month as soon as i get to a computer.

everything went well at the doctors. the baby is doing great and so am i. i have got a cold like 3 times already though and had the stomach bug but i am doing better now. the dr said the baby is growing right on schedule so that makes me very happy! we have the baby shower all planned now so im starting to get excited about that. i should get alot of stuff seeing that i have invited over 80 people. plus my gram on my dads side is like oh your never going to have to buy her clothes youll need 3 closets by the time im done. so she is going to be spoiled rottern which could be bad at times, but oh well its all good. i go back to the doctors the 18th of this month so i will update you more next time i get to a computer.

hey there yall. just wanted to give yall a quick update while i am here at my aunts house. everything is going great. the baby is healthy and growing great. she is always active which they say is a great sign for a very healthy baby, so i am very excited about that. im just getting over being mad sick. i had severe sininitus, severe upper respitory infection and i almost had pnamonia. and my OB that i was seeing at the time said that it was only a cold, but the symptoms had been there for 3 months so i got a second opinion and the other doctor i went to said i had all that lovely stuff. im still on antibiodics and lots of other meds to make me back to normal. im up to 11 pills a day including my normal pills. but im almost all the way better which seems really great. well i gotta run. God bless yall and thanks for all your prayers it means alot :D

well she still hasnt poped out yet. as of monday jan 26th i am 9 months along. getting huge! ive gained 40 pounds!!! but everything is going great. i had an ultrasound on monday. they said she is approximitly 5.9 pounds and 14 1/4 inches long. and she is very healthy. so im happy. just waiting patiently for her to want to come out. ill keep yall posted.

hey there yall just wanted togive yall a quick update while imat a computer but i have to hurry b/c she is getting hungery and screaming!she is 10 pounds 1 once now and 21 3/4 inches long and boy is she a big pig when it comes to eating. we had a bad scare last weekend w/ carbon monoxide poisioning. we spent many hours in the hospital, but we are all okay now. well i gotta run she is hungery.

hey just getting a chance to give yall an update. oceahna is doing good. she is 4 1/4 months old now she is 13 # and 3 oz. and 24 inches long. she has hip displacia though. her hips werent formed all the way when she was born so she is in a full body harranace so pray for a quick recovery for that. she has to have it on for up to 6 months so she could have it on until september at the latest and if that doesnt work then it is surgery for her. well were getting our own place soon we are staying with dan's granparents for a couple days so pray for us please!!

hey there everyone. oceahna is doing great she had her brace off about a month ago maybe longer, she is very healthy and happy. she is trying to crawl but only gets as far as lifting herself off the floor. its funny. she goes everywhere on her back though and rolls all over the place. she says a couple words, she says mama, dada, nana (grandma) and baba. its hard to belive that she is 7 months old already its going by fst. thanks for all your prayers!

hey everyone could yall pray for oceahna. right now she is sick again. she had acute pnemonia(sp?), an upper resp. infection, bhrochitus, ear infection, and a cold. she has to have nebulizer treatments every 4 hours. other than that she is doing good. she is learning to walk. your prayers will mean alot. thanks

well she has to go in the hospital friday and have a bunch of tests done. she cant eat after midnight the night before. its gonna be a rough 24 hours. they are doing a bunch of tests and bloodwork to see why she is so sick and having so many problems with her stomach. the doctor also wants to rule out muscular distrophy. because she was a late walker(12 months old) and didnt hold a bottle till she was 13-14 months. so pray that it is something simple.

i had cc out at the hospital until 1am last night. she was screaming her lungs out. she has an intestinal blockage at her age. she is only 19 months old. i dont get why the poor girl has to be so sick all the time. poor girl takes after me. so pray that this will go away fast

thanks for all yalls prayers for my daughter. she is feeling a little better. she only slept for about 2 hours last night though. but im used to her not sleeping. she has only slept through the night 10 times and shes 19 months old. its crazy. i have to get up at 6am everyday and i get home a 6 pm my daughter doesnt go to sleep untill 11pm the earliest and is up by 1 from pain and stays up till about 4 or 5. so i get no sleep at all. so pray that she feels better so i can get some sleep sometime soon,thanks.

Hey there yall. Some of yall know me from over at AY MB, but for yall that dont I got married may 3rd this year and now im having a baby. i just found out the other day at the doctors that my baby may have birth defects. i have put my baby fully in Gods hands, but i still cant help but worry, i geuss its just natural for me to worry. i have to go to a specialist in Syracuse,NY to see if they can see anything wrong with the baby, but they said they might not be able to seeing that im only 4 1/2 months along. so if yall could keep me, my husband and our lil baby growing inside of me in your prayers that would be great.

could yall pray for my daughter. she fell last night at the store and hit her head off a shelf and off the floor. she has a huge bruise on her forehead and is mad cranky. we dont think she has a concussion though. she was up all night though she refused to sleep. so pray that the pain would go away for her.

sure i'll pray. but you could always look @ the bright side, i hit my head so many times when i was a baby/young child (not b/c my parents dropped me, but i was a bit rambunctious) that when i get hit in the head now, it really doesn't hurt b/c my skull has made more bone cells to protect the area that got hit. well...maybe that's not all that consoling, but it's good to know.

I've just been reading your thread, and I dont know why, God has told me to say this, but your daughter is going to do something great, at times it may be hard for you, but its all in God's plan.

she is an awesome kid. very advanced for her age. she is only 20 months and can speak full sentances, she loves to sing kareoke. she is just such a blessing to my life. i had her dedicated 2 weekends ago in church. she was sooo cute during it. so far she hasnt got sick again, thank God!! She is the best thing that has happened in my life in a while. plus i will always have a valentines present b/c she was born on valentines day. it was kinda funny though, b/c right from the day that i found out my due date was feb 24 i i would sit there and talk to her and say come out on valentines day for mommy okay, so it was kinda ironic when she was actually born on valentines day. but she is a good kid even though she is hyper active. she is already learning how to control it, so i thank God for that everyday! i dont get to see her alot lately though with my job, but i got my schedule switched so that i work 4 10 hour days and have a 3day weekend to spend with her. God blessed me with this job though, i have met tons of Christians here which is totally awesome! well i gotta get upstairs to work, thanks again for all your prayers!

well oceahna is sick again. she has a double ear infection, upper resp. infection, cold and bhronchitus(sp?) she goes tomorrow for her recheck to see if she is doing better.

well she ended up having to have antibiotic shots seeing that the regular antibiotics didnt work at all. she has gotten a little better now. she hasnt slept in 2 days she was up all night screaming it was crazy! so pray that she gets better faster!

thank you. i have to get some of her newer pictures on there. i think she was maybe 10 months old at the oldest in those pictures and she is almost 2 now.

not being mean or nothing but sometimes the doctors are wrong. instead of thinkn of the things that could br rong think of the things that are going to be good. babbys r fun. and i hope that everything comes out to be all good. have fun and take care.

got an update for yall. the er was wrong when they said that cc was over the ear infection, the infection spread and she has lost 1/2 her hearing. she has to be sent to a surgeon and have surgery soon. also we found out she is very allergic to liquid antibiotics. right now she is having to heavy very large doses of antibiotic injections. she goes for her 2nd round of them today. it just seems like it is one thing after another, i just dont even know what to do anymore. i really want to be there for her, but i also need my job too. im most likely taking tomorrow off from work to go to the hospital. ive been sick for 3 weeks and it just keeps getting worse so i figure i had better go get checked and make sure its nothing bad and get some medicine.

she is doing a little bit better. she touched snow today!!! she totally freaked out, she forgot what snow was i think...we have like 6 inches of snow now...it rocks!!!

Ha ha, I bet that was a shock for her, especially because snow looks so inviting even when you do know that it's cold. We have a few inches of the wet stuff but it is still accumulting. They said we are soposed to be getting 12in. by tomorrow but I don't know if that'll happen.

cc goes to the surgeons office on dec 30th to find out when he surgery is going to be, so pray that the visit will go well for her please!! :)

i need yalls prayer again for cc. she has a double ear infection again. its another bad one and she has been in alot of pain with it. even giving her tylenol and motrin at the same time doesnt kill her pain at all. the drs said that she might have to have the antibiotic injections again and they make her really irratiable and she gets a high fever with it. so pray that she will have a speedy recovery from it so that she can get out of pain and not have to have the injections

awwww...Its gotta be hard seeing your child go through that! My foster brother just got knocked out for an MRI and it was so hard to see him like that! I will say a prayer for her!

yeah it is so hard seeing her sick all the time. and it makes it alot worse with the hours that i work. i only see her 3 days a week so its really hard to spend quality time with her. she is usually still sleeping when i leave at 9am to go to work and shes been going to bed early so she is sleeping when i get home at almost 10pm. so i see her only on friday-sunday.

could yall please pray for cc. she has croup and is really sick.when i had her at the dr's they wanted to put her in the hospital b/c it was so bad but they though that she would get better faster at home with me. so i took 2 days off from work to be with her, but they are making me work today or ill loose my job. so pray that she gets better fast. she also goes in for 2 surgeries on jan 24th so please pray that those go well also.thanks,

thanks for all yalls prayers. she has gotten a little bit better. she stopped breathing on monday and the babysitter almost had to call 911 while i was at work. she improved alot throughout yesterday though. we prayed over her monday night with annointing oil. so God really came through. she may have to have another surgery other than the 2 on the 24th. they may have to reconstruct her sinus cavities, b/c they are deformed. so could yall please pray for that as well. thanks so much, and God bless yall.

well cc had her surgery yesterday. everything turned out fine. she has been doing alot of sleeping and being clung to me i felt so bad leaving her to come to work today but i have to be here to provide for her. the courts mandated that her father seek employment and start paying me $25 in child support a month. thank yall for all your prayers, it really mean alot

thank you all for your prayers for cc. she is just getting over RSV..... it was rather scarey. we brought her to the ER 4 times and they kept saying that it was nothing it was part of the heeling process from surgery. and it turned out that if we wouldnt have brought her to the doctors she would have died because it was so bad. so i know that God is a miracle working God and keeps us safe...

could yall pray for cc. right now her tonsils are absessing and she keeps choking on them she might have to have another srugery and she has to go to a dr that is 150 miles away for some tests here soon things are just getting worse for her please keep her in your prayers

thanks 1nonlyjen for your prayers things have got better with her tonsils and now theres another problem. she had to be brought to the er friday night b/c of a spider bite. turns out she is severelly allergic to spiders and it swelled her whole leg up and she had to get a shot of something to take the swelling down. they said that if we would have waited much longer she would have had to be admited to the hospital and have iv's and if that didnt work that woulda had to bring her into surgery and lance the spot where she got bit and bleed the infection out!

I'm allergic too but not that bad, very sorry that happened. will pray she will not have much discomfort

could yall say a prayer that cc continues to get better. she just came home from a weeks stay in the hospital. they still dont know what is wrong. she was vomiting every 10 mins for 4 straight days. she had iv's in her and had to have blood work every 4 hours. it was so hard having to sit there and watch her go through it all. i spent every night in the hospital with her and my fiancee stayed as well he wouldnt leave her side. she is doing a little better now. she still wont eat and they said if she continues that way that she has to go back in. so please say a prayer for her.thanks

thank yall so much for the prayers. she is doing better now. up and running around. she has got her appitite back. she ate 6 jars of baby food and pudding yesterday. it was nice to see her back to herself again.
